A disc of pure free-jazz, based on a collective improvisation. Pianist Dave Burrell proposes his septet conception: two notes completed and amplified until exhausted. It's intense, powerful, without respite, the energy is constantly reborn and renewed, a continuous boiling sound is self-fueled, without rise or paroxysm.
